We ship our preloved luxury goods worldwide!
Our goal is to process your order quickly and ensure its safe delivery.
All the orders will bee shiped via our shipment partners Post NL or UPS-Expres.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that provides tracking number. This permits you to track your package online.
Vintage-United strives to deliver, after payment has been received,
within 1-2 business days in Netherlands,
within 2-5 business days to the European Economic Area,
within 3-7 business days to the USA and the Rest of the World.
Please note! That we are not responsible for any delays caused by the public holidays or destination customs clearance processes.
Please contact your local post office and/or customs office if your package is delayed.
Exceeding the delivery does not obligate Vintage-United for compensation.
Vintage-United insures each purchase from the time of dispatch to the point that it has been delivered to you.
Shipment that we calculate include full insurance coverage.
Once you have confirmed receipt of delivery by means of a signature then the responsibility of your purchased goods is then passed to you.
Shipment cost that we calculate depending on the Destination, the Weight, the Walue of the product and the Shipment provider company.
Applicable shipment costs will be provided during checkout.
- For shipments in the Netherlands we charge €15,- only for items valued more than 1000 euro
- For shipments to the Belgium we charge from €15 to 27,-
- For shipments to the WEST EU Countries (zone-1) we charge from €15 to 27 to 45,-
- For shipments to the WEST EU Countries (zone-2) we charge from €21 to 33 to 65,-
- For shipments to the EAST EU Countries we charge from €27 to 45 to 65,-
- For shipment to the USA, Canada, Australie we charge from €27 to 45 to 65,-
- For Shipment to the the Rest of the World we charge from € 36 to 45 to 85,-
- For all purchases above € 4000, - we do not charge any shipping cost.
In order to ensure the safe delivery of your order, the carrier will require a signature upon delivery for all orders.
Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package.
Clients from outside of the European Union, please be aware! There may be extra shipping charges; import duties or customs taxes.
These costs will vary according to shipping destinations. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine possible additional costs.
We has no control over this and it is your responsibility as the customer to cover these costs. We do not offer a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service.
