All the orders will bee shiped via our shipment partners PostNL or DHLExpres.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that provides tracking number. This permits you to track your package online.
Vintage-United strives to deliver as fast and save as possible, after payment has been received, delivery time dipends on the choosen shipment provider.
within 1-2 business days domestic shipping in Netherlands by PostNL
within 2 business days to the European Economic Area by DHLExpress and 5 Bussines days by PostNL
within 3 business days to the USA and the Rest of the World by DHL and 7 business days by PostNL
Please note! That we are not responsible for any delays caused by the public holidays or destination customs clearance processes.
Please contact your local post office and/or customs office if your package is delayed.
Exceeding the delivery does not obligate Vintage-United for compensation.
Vintage-United insures each purchase from the time of dispatch to the point that it has been delivered to you.
Shipment that we calculate include full insurance coverage.
Once you have confirmed receipt of delivery by means of a signature then the responsibility of your purchased goods is then passed to you.
Shipping charges are based on on the Destination, the Weight, the Walue of the product and the Shipment provider company.
Applicable shipment costs will be provided during checkout.

In order to ensure the safe delivery of your order, the carrier will require a signature upon delivery for all orders.
Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package.
Clients from outside of the European Union, please be aware! There may be extra shipping charges; import duties or customs taxes.
These costs will vary according to shipping destinations. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine possible additional costs.
