VINTAGE-UNITED RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept eligible returns within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund if you’re based in Netherlands. For international customers refunds will not include any original shipping costs, including any import duties and payment fees.
You may return your purchase in following situations:
- If the condition of the item drastically don’t match to the description on the website.
- If you can provide evidence that your purchased item is not authentic or the description of the item is not in line with the actual condition.
- When you made an agreement with us in advance to see or try the product on forehand and return it in case of not satisfaction.
There are strict conditions concerning the Return Policy:
- You may not use items that you have received!
- The item must be in the same condition, as we have shipped, not worn or damaged and with the original tags in the original position.
- Every return must be authorized by Vintage-United otherwise the return will not be accepted. It is not enough to just send the goods back.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, “return requests” must be made within 48 hours after receiving your purchase and the item must be returned within 15 days of original shipment.
You can do this by adding a written statement to the goods that you are returning and by sending e-mail to email@example.com
You can use a Model Withdrawal Form / Modelformulier Herroeping , which written in English or in Dutch.
Please ship your item with a reliable shipping provider, adequate insurance to cover the value of the returned item and include a signature requirement.
When Vintage-United have received the item and accepted for return, your payment will be returned to your account within the statutory period of 10 days.
We will refund the full amount of the item you paid when you made your purchase for domestic clients.
The amount we refund will not include any original international shipping cost, including import duties and payment fees for international clients.
The shipping costs for returning or exchanging items, will be for your own account.
Please note! We do not accept return for Brand New items, for Personal Shopping orders and Layaway purchases.
Also purchases for items on Sale are final and can not be returned.
We make sure that the description of every designer item sold on the website, disclosing the true condition and the quality of the item precisely.
