What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: PayPal, Bank Transfer, WISE, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay, iDEAL, Sofort and payment by Instalments.
Do you offer a payment plan or layaway service?

Are all items on Vintage-United authentic?
Absolutely. We guarantee the 100% authenticity of every item we sell or your payment will be fully refunded. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward counterfeit goods and work with trusted third-party authenticators and Entrupy technology. Explore more about Our authentication process
Do all items undergo authentication?
Yes. Every item offered by Vintage-United is individually authenticated before being accepted into our collection. It undergoes our own detailed manual authentication process. In addition we obtain an independent second authentication through Entropy, LegitGrails or LuniqueLondon. We never compromise when it comes to authenticity.
Do I receive proof of authenticity?
Yes. Every authenticated handbag is delivered with the proof of authenticity: an original receipt or(and) authenticity certificate.
Do you authenticate items based on photographs?
We do not provide by pictures authentication. Every designer item will be inspected and revieuwed personally to ensure that it’s meets with manufacturers standarts.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship Worldwide! If your country isn’t listed during checkout, please email info@vintage-united.com and we’ll add your destination manually.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment. Delivery takes..
• Netherlands: 1–2 business days (UPS Standard)
• Europe: 1–2 business days (DHL Express)
• USA & Rest of World: 3–5 business days (DHL Express)
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 15 days of the shipping date for a full refund if you’re based in Netherlands.
For International customers: Refund excludes import duties and payment fees.
You have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
