Designer items provided at www.Vintage-United.com are mostly pre-owned and only sometimes new. The condition of each item listed in specified in the product description.

BUYING at VINTAGE-UNITED.COM

The first step if you decide to Buy an item at Vintage-United: Create your own account, using your email address and password.
There are no restrictions on or charges for opening an account and by that you create a history of your purchases on our web shop.
We take all technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the security of your Personal Information.
Vintage-United provides you safe payment through our secure check-out system.
Vintage-United takes the responsibility to safe delivery of your purchased goods until the moment we have got confirmation of receiving the delivery.
We sets high quality standards and guarantee the authenticity of all designer items sold on the web shop.

PRICE AND PAYMENTS:

The selling prices of all items presented on our website are determined in consultation with the individual Seller.
These prices do not include delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due by the check out.

According to the European Low of Exception the second hand or used goods are not subject to VAT (BTW)
The prices are not include VAT(BTW), the buyer is not entitled to claim a VAT(BTW) input on the goods.

Vintage-United will provide secure shopping and offers the following payment methods through our secure check-out system:

PayPal; -Credit card; -Bank wire transfer; -Wise; -Sofort; -IDeal;
Please note! We charge additional payment fees on the transactions made via PayPal and Credit Card.
For the security reasons we only accept payments by Credit Card up to €8500,-

DELIVERY:

Vintage-United strives to deliver as fast and save as possible, after payment has been received.
Delivery times are based on business days, from Monday to Friday, except public Holidays;
1-2 business days domestic shipping.
1-2 business days to the European Economic Area.
3-4 business days to the USA and the Rest of the World.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that provides UPS or DHLExpress tracking number, this permits you to track your package online.

Please note! That Vintage-United is not responsible for any delays caused by the public Holidays or destination customs clearance processes.

Buyer should be aware that exceeding the delivery does not obligate Vintage-United for any compensation.

SHIPPING COST:

Shipping charges will be determined by destination, item size and weight. Applicable shipping cost will be provided during checkout.
Shipping within Netherlands complimentary and is Free of charge.
For purchases above €8000 – we do not charge any shipping cost.

RETURN POLICY:

Feel confident when shopping with us. We accept eligible returns within 15 days of the shipping date for a full refund if you’re based in Netherlands. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

For international customers; refunds will not include any import duties and payment fees. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Your purchase is eligible for return if it meets the following conditions: 

• The item must be in the same condition, as they were shipped, not worn or damaged and with the original tags in place.
• Every return must be authorized by Vintage-United otherwise the return will not be accepted. It is not enough to just send the goods back.
• To exercise your right of withdrawal the item must be returned within 14 days of original shipment.
  You can do this by adding a written statement to the goods that you are returning and by sending e-mail to info@vintage-united.com    
  You can use a Model Withdrawal Form / Modelformulier Herroeping , which written in English or in Dutch.

Please send us “return requests” as soon as possible after receiving your purchase.

Ship your item with a reliable shipping provider, adequate insurance to cover the value of the returned item and include a signature requirement.

REFUNDS:

Once your returned goods are received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation.  If the item(s) eligible for return, your payment will be refunded to your account of the original payment method within the period of 7 days.

We will refund the full amount of the item you paid when you made your purchase for domestic clients.
The international clients will have to bear the original shipping cost, including any import duties and payment fees. 
The shipping costs for returning or exchanging items, will be at your own expense. 

The right of withdrawal will not exist in the following cases;

For the provisions of services after the service has been fully performed, provided that the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent, and with the acknowledgement that he will lose his right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the trader: Layaway purchases.

For the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications: Personal Shopping orders

For the supply of Brand New sealed goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

SELLING WITH VINTAGE-UNITED 

There are two options for selling your designer goods at Vintage-United :

1. Consign with us, send you CONSIGNMENT REQUEST and  get free price quote.
3. Sell your bag(s) to us, send you BUY OUT  REQUEST, get a price quote and receive direct payment.

The first step before you decide to sell, read our HOW TO SELL CONDITIONS.

We consider for sale only high fashion and designer brands.
An item must be authentic in excellent condition or new and of top quality.
Vintage-United controls and guarantees the authenticity of the items.
The items must be provided, if possible, with original packaging, tags or proof of purchase.
We work with a network of authenticity experts who supports us to recognize any items that might be a cause for concern.

The minimum consignment period is six(6)months. After three(3) month we hold the right to discount your item with maximum 5% off its sell value. That’s going to effect your commission respectively.

Vintage-United determines the selling price always in consultation with you.
Vintage-United determines which items will be sold on the web shop.
For your attention! Buy using the Consignment Service Vintage-United can not be held responsible for any damage caused to your designer goods, in any manner whatsoever.

COMMISSION ON SELL:

Don’t forget you have free and unlimited sale possibility at Vintage-United.com 
You receive your payment within 15 days, this delay is related to the withdrawal period for online purchases.
The amounts and rates indicated are including tax.

Our commission only applies once your item is sold and varies depending on the sale price of your item.
The commission rates set according to the price range.
30% for items priced from 100 to 1000 euro
25% for items priced from 1001 to 2500 euro
20% for items priced from 2501 to 4500 euro
15% for items priced from 4501 to 9000 euro
10% for items priced above 9000 euro

The payment processing fees 3% , will be charged additionally to cover the external transaction costs.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, Vintage-United takes all technical and organizational measures necessary, to ensure data protection. We use physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to assist us in preventing unauthorized access, maintaining data accuracy and correctly using your Personal Information.
