NL domestic shipping is FREE.
International shipping charges are determined by destination, item size and weight, it will be provided during checkout.

All the international orders will bee shipped by DHLExpress. Domestic shipment will be provided by UPS.
Shipping includes; insurance, signature confirmation and top quality packaging. Your order will be proces and shipped generally within 24 hours from the receipt of payment.

Delivery
Delivery times are based on business days, from Monday to Friday, except public Holidays;
1-2 business days domestic shipping.
1-2 business days to the European Economic Area.
3-5 business days to the USA and the Rest of the World.

Returns
We will gladly accept eligible returns within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund if you're based in Netherlands.
For international customers refunds will not include any original shipping costs, including any import duties and payment fees.
Return requests must be made within 48 hours after receiving your purchase and the item must be returned within 15 days of original shipment.
