Our task is to process your order quickly and ensure its safe delivery. All items will be shipped in general within 24 hour from the receipt of your payment.
All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express. Domestic shipment will be provided by UPSStandard.

Shipping costs  

Shipping charges will be determined by destination, item size and weight. Applicable shipping cost will be provided during checkout.
Shipping includes; full insurance, signature confirmation and quality packaging.

For all purchases above €7000, – we do not charge any shipping cost.
Shipping within Netherlands complimentary and is Free of charge. 

Delivery

Vintage-United strives to deliver as fast and save as possible, after payment has been received.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that provides a tracking number. This number permits you to track your package online.

Delivery times are based on business days, from Monday to Friday, except public Holidays;
1-2 business days domestic shipping. 
1-2 business days to the European Economic Area. 
3-4 business days to the USA and the Rest of the World.

In order to provide the safe delivery of your order, the carrier will require a signature upon delivery for all orders.
Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package.

Please note! That Vintage-United is not responsible for any delays caused by the public Holidays or destination customs clearance processes.
Exceeding the delivery does not obligate Vintage-United for compensation. 

Taxes and duties

Please be aware! All items entering countries outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties or customs taxes in accordance to national laws. These costs will vary according to shipping destinations. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine possible additional costs.
Vintage-United has no control over any unforeseen additional declaration charges, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to cover these additional expenses. However we will do everything possible to make sure you don’t get to pay any extra charges.

We do not offer a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service.
